Our small farm farmers are up before dawn harvesting produce before the Farmers’ Market. Everything is at its freshest just after picking, the nutrients are at their highest and the flavors are the fullest. I create menus from a seasonal harvest list. I’ll call my farmers before I present a first draft menu to a customer.
