Catering displays are set up throughout the event venue or outdoor space to keep everyone mingling and curious. Smaller platters introduce new flavor directions and hot and cold appetizers are passed throughout the course of the celebration. Guests always appreciate beautifully designed tables, endless flavor directions, and small plates that encourage an atmosphere of “grazing”. I like to serve a variety of ingredients separately so that everyone can accommodate their unique diet requirements. Larger events require a variety of stations where guests will find a selection of menu options.
